A Crock of Schmidt

Single-handedly solving nothing

My Life Is A Song #30

Shoe Countdown #30

Today I’m back with the CanCon because as much as some Canadians like to bitch about it this music is the soundtrack to latter half 20th century Canada.  Plus, every once and awhile one of these gems beats the odds and gets the global recognition it deserves.  This is one of those songs.  I have no personal story to attach to it nor any deep thoughts to associate with it.  It’s just a cool song and on a boring November weekend sometimes that’s all you need.

Kicking off the weekend with the uniquely styled and wonderfully cool “Eyes of a Stranger” by The Payolas from the album No Stranger to Danger released in 1982.
